Blue Cross Animal Hospital

I love this animal hospital very sweet and friendly staff they were very helpful with all my questions I had! And my puppy sure loved them all! I use them for all my dogs I have because they are very fast with answering my calls always!

Update April 2025: I think the care and the customer service has improved again. I have two cats I am currently taking, Olivia and a kitten, Ryan. All recent visits have been great. Update on July 27, 2024. I have been taking my senior cat, Junior, the red and white tabby to Blue Cross since I adopted him in 2011. I have also taken my former calico, Madeline and my current calico, Olivia to BCAH for many years. Last week, when Junior was VERY SICK, I called in the morning to get him seen, and they told me they could not see him the same day. They referred me to an emergency vet about 15 miles away. I did my own research and found a loving VET in the area that could see him the same day. He's 15, had a fever, and could have died had he not been seen. BCAH was great when Dr. Lynn was there. I don't know what happened, but it has gone down hill. Very sad. Excellent care! I have been taking Madeline the cat and Junior the cat here for many years. Madeline is 16 and Junior is 10. Both are happy and healthy! Madeline has had challenges as a former feral kitty but is doing great. Junior was abandoned at age 2 and is doing great. The care provided by Blue Cross Animal Hospital has made the difference! Thank you Dr. Sharma and Dr. Lynn.

Every single staff person here is incredibly kind and I trust every person here with my animals. My dog actually likes going to the vet because it’s been so positive! The doctors are super kind as well. Dr Salvatore Leone is so wonderful, he took good care of our pet rats and our pitty! If only they saw humans too! (Joking lol)…

I was very pleased with my visit to Blue Cross! My cat had a life threatening urinary blockage over the weekend where he had to stay 24 hours at the emergency vet. The following week I wanted to get him rechecked because he was still only peeing small amounts. I tried calling one vet who wouldn’t see him, they said to take him back to the emergency vet, which I didn’t want to do after spending over 3k there. I called Blue Cross and they got me in the next day with no hesitation. My cat saw Dr. Leone who was so great and gentle with my cat. He gave him 2 additional medications to start and now my cat is doing great! The cost is also very reasonable there. I’m so thankful and will be a returning client.
